Settlement and will of Haji Mulla Husayn, 1882
The document reads in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled 1500 tumans with three of his sons, Mirza Muhammad Riza Khadim, Shaykh Muhammad Baqir, and Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli, for a man [three kilograms] of salt. If the settlor dies and the two underage sons [Shaykh Muhammad Baqir and Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli] are adults at the time of executing the will, the settled money, 1500 tumans, should be used for the expenses of the burial, funeral, and other religious duties. The document reads in part: "Dividing the property of the late Fakhim al-Saltanah: after giving his wives their mahrs and spending one third of his inheritance according to his will, and also after giving each wife a share of the inheritance (an eighth), the rest of the inheritance, including whatever remains of properties, gardens, buildings, furniture, pack animals, pasture, roadsters, and the rest were divided among Fakhim al-Saltanah's daughters, Zaynab Khanum, Rubabah Khanum, and Asiyah Khanum. Settlement and will of Haji Mulla Husayn, 1882
The document reads in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled 1500 tumans and a man [three kilograms] of salt with his three sons, Aqa Mirza Muhammad Riza Khadim, Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Baqir, and Aqa Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli. Settlement between Baygum Khanum and her son, 1921
Shafa Baygum Khanum, Amin al-Mamalik's wife, transfers all her belongings except her share of the house and the garden to her son, Aqa Mirza Isma‘il Khan, in exchange for a Kashmir shawl worth fifty tumans. These include: land, household furnishings, books, cash, rugs, copperware, lamp, a Kashmir shawl. The revocation clause is included, and, on the margins, Shafa Baygum Khanum and Mirza Ismai‘l confirm this settlement on February 1, 1923. On verso, the settlement has been revoked and signed by Muhammad ‘Ali, the son of Muhammad Isma‘il, on December 17, 1925.

Jamilah Khanum, the daughter of Husaynquli Khan, has endowed a school and a mosque she had built to the south of her own house and has appointed Qamar Taj Khanum, the daughter of Riza Quli Khan Fakhim al-Dawlah as the custodian. Qamar Taj Khanum will be responsible for assigning the prayer Imam and hiring the tutors, servants, and students, whose salaries, along with the other costs of the school and the mosque, will be derived from the revenue of some properties in the village of Suharin in Zanjan Rud district. Marriage contract of Sughra Baygum, daughter of Sayyid Murtaza, and Karbalayi Ghulam Riza, son of the late Darvish Husayn resident of Qumshah village. The mahr includes thirty-seven tumans and the price of: goldware, copperware, clothes, rugs, bedding, and one-twelfth of a building in Qumshah village.
